Elizabeth A. Ugoh (Mrs) joined the Federal Civil Service in 1991 and was posted to the Federal Ministry of Water Resources where she started her career as a Scientific Officer I on Grade Level 09. While in service, she undertook several in-house and external capacity building programmes which enabled her to hone her knowledge and skills.
Mrs Ugoh is very dedicated and meticulous in the discharge of her duties and contributed immeasurably to the Ministry’s engagement in the Water Sector, particularly in the WASH Sub-Sector. Based on her qualification, training and demonstrated experience, she rose through the ranks to become the current Director, Water Quality Control and Sanitation Department in the Ministry in 2022.
She can best be described as a kind hearted mother whose motherly qualities are on display every time you come in contact with her. She is a team player and values transparency, honesty, commitment and performance.
