Engineer Suleiman Hussein Adamu, FNSE

The Honourable Minister of Federal Ministry of Water Resources

Engineer Suleiman Hussein Adamu is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), Member of the American Society of Engineers (MASCE) and also Council Member of both COREN (Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria) and ACEN (Association of Consulting Engineers of Nigeria). He has nearly 30 years of professional experience out of which 7 years were spent in the public sector.

Born in 1963, in Kaduna, he graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University in 1984 and was the winner of the Nigerian Port Authority (NPA) prize for the best final year student in Civil Engineering, 1984. He bagged his Maters in Project Management from University of Reading, UK in 2004.

Management Experience:

Engr. Suleiman Adamu Co-founded Integrated Engineering Associates (IEA) in 1987, a leading firm of civil/structural, electrical, mechanical and environmental engineering consultancy based in Kaduna, Nigeria. He has been involved in the planning, supervision and management of several building, environmental and engineering infrastructure projects in Nigeria.

Didi Esther Walson-Jack, mni

Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Water Resources

Dame Didi Esther Walson-Jack, mni, began her service as the Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Water Resources on Wednesday, 30th September 2020. She had previously served as Permanent Secretary, Service Welfare Office in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, and Federal Ministry of Power.

Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack’s intriguing and instructive Civil Service career began in 1992 as a State Counsel in Rivers State Ministry of Justice. In October 1996, following the creation of Bayelsa State, she transferred her service and became one of seven pioneer staff of the Ministry of Justice, and the nascent Bayelsa State Civil Service. She served as both Head, Legal Drafting Department of the Ministry of Justice, and Legal Department of Bayelsa State House of Assembly.
